Future Risks. Identified Today.

Verum Forge builds AI systems that turn scattered, unstructured signals into ranked, defensible risk scores so your analysts spend time acting on threats, not hunting for them.

Utilizing our proprietary algorithms, we connect fragmented and unstructured data to identify the relationships and behavioral changes hidden inside it, and return ranked risk threats with the reporting and sources behind every score.

Analysts are overwhelmed with data and fragmented systems, which lets human bias, time pressure and data fatigue influence the analysis. Verum Forge is the analytical layer that removes those problems, leaving analysts to focus on one thing: actionable threats.

Key data sources such as badge records, travel, web and data logs, financials, foreign contact reporting, keystrokes, OSINT and social media can describe the same organization or person in different record formats. Correlating them manually is slow, and its effectiveness depends on the analyst and their interpretation of the data.

We greatly reduce the impact of manual labor and human bias through continuous analysis that extracts insights and data attributes into a single interface, ranking entities and people by risk score. Each data record stays attached to the score for a clear timeline of events, allowing analysts to spend their time on mitigation rather than data collection.

Jasper

Jasper, your AI assistant, produces automated alerts and travel briefings, identifies daily threats and risks by area of operation, and answers queries on changes in critical programs.

Jasper, the Verum Forge assistant: a small dark robot with amber pixel eyes standing on a lit plinth
Classified-network-ready AI
ARX operates on classified high-side networks, inside your own data boundaries, with the option of a low-side R&D site.
Protective guardrails
Built-in safeguards keep users within the boundaries of their authorized access and intended use.
Flexible data connectivity
Jasper connects to data across multiple systems and sources, either ingesting it into ARX or securely accessing it where it already resides.
Traceable by design
ARX maintains a detailed record of user activity, data access, queries, sources used, analytical actions and generated outputs, providing a clear history of who accessed what, when, and how a result was produced.
ARX

ARX. Fragmented data in. Verified risk out.

ARX analyzes a wide range of data attributes to detect early, minute changes in behavioral patterns, then produces ranked risk and threat scores in a fraction of the time traditional analysis requires. Machine learning removes bias from the assessment; the analyst keeps the judgment.

Capabilities
01 Jasper, your AI assistant Automated alerts, travel briefings and daily threats by area of operation.
02 Personalized baseline Each subject has a unique behavioral baseline across badge records, keystrokes, travel, web and data logs, financials and social media, for one-to-one predictive modeling.
03 Continuous baseline analysis Early prediction drawn from a moving baseline rather than single-event triggers.
04 Entity and relationship analysis Employee profiles, foreign contacts, funding sources, partnerships and affiliations resolved into one view.
05 Integration APIs A full suite of APIs for integration with secure network data sources, and a low-side R&D environment where required.

ARX entity profile showing office and branch details, a risk percentile, threat level breakdown of foreign contacts, and travel indicators

Evidence, not assumptions.

Identifying a risk is only useful if it can be mitigated and made accountable. Three classes of information are kept distinct and factored into every analytical output.

Verified intelligence Confirmed facts, supported by raw source data and reported activity. Known attributes, events, travel, contacts, cyber activity, security telemetry and other recorded activity — traceable to the records that produced them.
Analytical correlation Relationships identified across multiple data sources. ARX connects contact events, overlapping affiliations, flagged organizations, shared activity and other indicators to surface hidden relationships and assess potential threat exposure that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Predictive signal Model-generated early warning of emerging and future risk. ARX evaluates current activity against historical patterns to forecast potential changes in threat level, identifying the subject, the prediction and the forecast window, while citing the underlying facts and source records that explain why the prediction was made.
ORION risk prediction panel showing a date range, a low risk level, office and branch, alongside counts of AI forecasts and AI alerts
ORION risk prediction. A prediction is presented with its window, its subject and its provenance — never as a bare verdict.
ORION

Full visibility into a supplier network, including the parts of it nobody declared.

ORION is an AI/ML-powered supply chain risk management platform. It discovers hidden dependencies across supplier networks, monitors them continuously, and returns automated scoring, AI threat summaries and response recommendations into project views a team can configure.

ORION political risks panel with a filter for governmental corruption, a regional selector and a risk map with graded low to high scoring
Geopolitical exposure. Corruption, instability and regional indicators are read against the supplier network rather than a country list.

FOCI score distribution. Population-scale scoring, with the supplier counts behind each band.

Continuous monitoring keeps the register current: geopolitical shifts, financial deterioration and organizational change re-score the network as they are ingested.

From fragmented data to a defensible decision.

01 Ingest Structured and unstructured data from internal systems, reporting, registries, filings and selectable open sources.
02 Connect People, organizations, suppliers, events and behavioral signals resolved into a single relationship model.
03 Detect Behavioral change, emerging patterns and hidden dependencies surfaced against a moving baseline.
04 Assess Ranked risk scores and threat assessments produced with their contributing factors and evidence class.
05 Act Findings routed into analyst review, mitigation playbooks and compliance or FOCI workflows.

Built for environments where control matters.

Designed for defense and high-security industries. ARX runs on classified networks with a mirrored low-side environment that automates open research; ORION supports classified, air-gapped and on-premise deployment without reducing functionality.
